30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your LAKEMID purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it – for any reason.

How to return:

We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Pack the item securely in original packaging

Ship it back (see shipping options below)

Return Shipping Options:

🔹 Option A: Self-Return
• Use any carrier you prefer
• Provide us with tracking number once shipped
• Return shipping cost is your responsibility

🔹 Option B: Pickup Service
• We arrange collection from your address
• Collection fee applies (deducted from refund)
• Available in select areas

Refund Timeline:
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
• Refunded to original payment method
• Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to release funds

Damaged or Defective Items:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos/video of the damage
• We'll issue a pre-paid return label
• Full refund or replacement provided

Non-returnable items:
• Items returned without RMA number
• Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after 30 days

Christmas Extended Returns:
Orders placed between Nov 1 - Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.
