Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty
All LAKEMID products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional issues not caused by normal wear and tear

What's Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
• Products modified or repaired by third parties
• Commercial use

How to File a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact support@lakemid.com with your order number

2. Describe the issue and provide photos/video

3. We'll review and confirm eligibility within 2-3 business days

4. If approved, we'll provide resolution options:
   • Replacement parts
   • Full replacement unit
   • Refund (if replacement unavailable)

Warranty Period by Product Type:

Note: Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Aosom LLC reserves the right to determine warranty coverage on a case-by-case basis
