  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Delays: During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We’ll notify you via email or a website announcement if delays occur.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (domestic U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic U.S.).
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Available to select countries (see restrictions below).
  • Estimated Delivery: An estimated delivery date is provided at checkout, based on our handling time and carrier transit times. We strive to meet or exceed these estimates.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50; free for orders over $50.
    • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 flat rate.
  • International: Rates vary by country and order weight, displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Oversized items (e.g., large pet beds) may not qualify.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package via the link provided or on the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Updates: Contact us if you don’t receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Eligible Locations: We ship to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). International shipping is available to select countries listed at checkout.
  • Non-Deliverable Items: Certain products (e.g., hazmat items like pet sprays, oversized items over 70 lbs) may have shipping restrictions, noted on product pages.
  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Local Delivery and Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available for select ZIP codes near our facilities (check availability at checkout). Delivery within 1–2 business days for $3.99.
  • In-Store Pickup: Not currently available, but we’re exploring options for future implementation.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. We provide prepaid return labels for eligible U.S. returns; international customers cover return shipping costs.
